Cep@l is a legal-procedural resource in electronic format, which offers the person or user entity an orderly and individualized relationship of all the administrative procedures through which the Andalusian Local Entities organize their activity, regardless of their typology, both in its internal scope as external.
For its creation and start-up there is financing from the FEDER Fund, within the framework of the Action Plan for Electronic Administration of the European Union 2016-2020, which seeks to accelerate the digital transformation of the administration, to modernize public administrations, achieve the Digital Single Market, and to involve more citizens and companies in the provision of high quality services, and to contribute to the digital development of local public administrations.
