Verjim Animation Studio received a grant from the European Union under the European Regional Development Fund for the promotion of competitiveness, modernization and internationalization of micro, small and medium-sized cultural and creative enterprises, which aims to introduce new technologies, aimed at the transformation of companies through ICTs and the final transformation of SMEs into the digital sphere, through operations that improve their competitiveness and productivity or the interrelation with other economic sectors.
Specifically, these grants require the studio to acquire new top-level IT equipment, as well as upgrade its Toon Boom Harmony software licenses to its most modern edition, which allows the studio to offer and improve its services in international productions.
